What is this ?

Personal Training, done differently: train in a motivating small group environment while being taken care of on a very individual level. When your motivation is down, I'll be there to pick you up. You will notice a boost in energy levels as well as a sense of wellbeing. The right exercise should make you happy, with the welcome side effect of defining your muscles and making your body firmer. You'll leave each session with a smile on your face.


What's different?

You are not alone. You train with a maximum of three other people, sometimes fewer. The dynamics are very different from what you may have experienced in conventional gym's group classes. Gauging the group's energy to creat a training programme that works for everyone, each individual can get what the need on a day-to-day basis.
